To Move or not to Move….that is a scary question?!

We have only been in our home for a little over 2 years now, but we are contemplating moving!  I know, I can’t believe it either!

With our area ever expanding we have an amazing opportunity to build a bigger home, but I have really mixed emotions.  This house is where my little family of 2 began, and to leave it behind is an emotional thing.  We have been talking about it for a while, but when the “For Sale” sign went down in the front yard this morning, it was not without a few tears.

I am looking forward to the future, but I am also looking for a few good ways to keep all the memories we made in this home near and dear.  I pulled a few of my favorites from Pinterest (where else).  Which one of the below keepsakes do you think I should do?  I would love to hear any ideas you have!

This will not be our first rodeo at building a home, and I will certainly take you all on this journey with me.  But this will be our first time selling a home, and I am anxious for some advice.  Have you ever moved? Sold your first house? Anything you would do differently?
